Sponsorship opportunities are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional booth staff may be registered separately.
General information
Exhibition rental
The exhibition rental includes exhibition floor space, one table, two chairs and power supply.

Terms & Conditions
Definitions
In these terms and conditions, “Sponsor” means any company or person that has booked a sponsorship package or exhibition space at the Event. This also includes the Sponsor’s employees, representatives and agents.
“Event” means the 10th ESGLI Meeting 2027.
“Organisers” means the organisers of the 10th ESGLI Meeting 2027.
Cancellation
Exhibitors and sponsors can cancel their booking up to 30 days before the Event. If the booth or sponsorship package is sold to another company, 80% of the price will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the Event are non-refundable.
Exhibitors and sponsors are responsible for cancelling any other bookings they have made, such as hotels and flights.
Information
The Organisers do their best to ensure that all information about the Event is correct. However, errors or missing information may occur. Such errors or omissions do not give the Sponsor the right to cancel their booking.
Postponement or abandonment
The Sponsor cannot claim compensation from the Organisers if the Event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the Organisers’ control.
If the Event can still take place by being postponed, rescheduled or adjusted in another reasonable way, the sponsorship agreement will remain valid.
The Organisers may make necessary changes to the size, location, format or layout of the sponsorship or exhibition space.
Assignment or transfer
Sponsors may not transfer or share their sponsorship rights or obligations with another company or organisation without prior written approval from the Organisers.
Promotional materials from companies or organisations that are not official sponsors may not be displayed or distributed at the Event.
This does not apply to associated companies, subsidiaries, agents or partners that have been approved by the Organisers in advance.
