Abstract Submission
Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words and must be submitted in English.
The abstract should consist of one body including introduction, methods, results and conclusions.
Presentation format
The presenting author can select whether they prefer “Poster Presentation” or “Either Oral or Poster Presentation”.
Selected posters will get the opportunity to orally present the main results from the poster in 2–3 minutes in a “Flash Poster Session”.
All presenters will be required to attend in person to make their Oral or Poster Presentations.

Review and publication
All abstracts successfully submitted are peer-reviewed through a review process. The final decision with respect to selection and programming of any abstract will be made by the Scientific Committee.
By submitting, you confirm that your abstract represents original work and that you have the rights to submit it for review and publication.
Accepted abstracts will be compiled in an online Abstract Book, which will be made available via the homepage for delegates only.
Abstract notification
Notification regarding whether your abstract has been Accepted for an Oral Presentation, Accepted for a Poster Presentation, or Rejected will be sent by email to the designated presenting author before 15 September 2027.
